All Fees & Charges are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Initial Fees & Charges
Holding Fee equal to one weeks rent
(Example: rent equals £1000pcm so holding fee equals £230.77)
To Secure a Room
Holding Fee equal to one weeks rent
(Example: rent equals £500pcm so holding fee equals £115.38)
Should you decide to no longer proceed or fail referencing, your referencing fees are non-refundable.
Check In Monies
First month’s rent payment
Deposit equal to 5 weeks rent – (minus the reservation fee already paid)
Other possible costs
A change of tenant during tenancy £50.00
Late rent payment charges equal to 3% above the bank of England base rate, in interest on the late payment of rent from the date the payment is missed.
If you ask to be released from your tenancy agreement early (outside an agreed break clause), this would be with your landlord’s written agreement and at your cost to buy out the agreement. A cost will be worked out for you. You will also be liable for the rent until a new tenant has moved in. A pro rata rent amount will be worked out for you.
