Report a maintenance issue to Moore & Partners Lettings Crawley
If you are currently a tenant in one of our managed properties and wish to report a maintenance issue, please complete the form to the right and submit your enquiry.
Our dedicated Property Manager will contact within 24 hours to confirm the situation and/or provide a response to your enquiry.
In all cases we require landlord approval prior to a maintenance job being processed. This may take up to five working days from when you log a request, therefore please take this into consideration.
Anything that possesses a Health & Safety risk will of course be dealt with immediately.
Once your landlord approves the job request, a quote will be obtained from our suppliers; in some cases this may require a home visit. In some cases more than one quote is required and it may take up to five working days for the landlord to give approval to proceed. Once approved your maintenance issue will be categorised as priority and dealt with accordingly.
Where the issue is caused by the actions or inactions of the tenant, they may be expected to pay the cost of any associated invoices.

Can you smell Gas?
If you have a gas leak or you can smell gas you must immediately evacuate the property and then contact National Grid Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 FREE.
After that you must contact us by telephone or email.
Fire!
If there is a fire at the property, under no circumstance should you try to put it out yourself.
You must immediately evacuate the property and contact the emergency services to report the fire by dialling 999.
