The monthly report by The National Association of Estate Agents has led to claims of an 11 year high in August for housing demand in the UK. Speaking to Propertywire news agency, NAEA managing director Mark Hayward hoped to 'see activity in the market increasing and more sales completing, to respond to the growing army of house hunters we've seen emerging over the last few months'. With plenty of buyers competing for property, now seems like a good time to put your house on the market.
